I received a Free weekend reward but I am not able to book it. What should I do?
Some conditions may apply preventing you from booking your free weekend, please follow this steps:
👉Make sure you have included a saturday night in your booking dates and the rental duration is no longer than three (3) days
👉Make sure you are requesting a rental no more than six (6) months in advance and less than two (2) hours before picking-up the vehicle, local time
👉Visit the unavailibility periods for free weekends page [Add link to question], and make sure there are no restrictions from your country of residence on the selected weekend
👉Compact car category is available in the location you wish to rent. To check availibility of the compact car category, proceed to your usual Europcar website and search for your desired rental.Look for availibility of compact cars, they will be tagged with "compact or similar" mention right below car model
👉Check that the expiry date of your reward has not been reached. Please proceed to section "What is the validity of my free weekend reward?" for more information if needed.
