COVID-19: Your status

You may be unable to make rentals during this period that will contribute to your Privilege status. For this reason we will extend all membership periods by 6 months. We will put this in place before the end of March; your Tier level End Date will update automatically. This only applies to standard Privilege members. If you have a company charge card linked to your account please contact us to request an extension to your status. 

If you have been forced to cancel rentals that would have resulted in an upgrade or renewal of your status, but your membership period has already been reset, we will honor the status you were due to attain. Please contact us if this applies to you.
