I am eligible for a reward but have not received anything. What should I do?

If you have made enough eligible rentals for a reward, you will be notified by email along with instructions on how to redeem it.

If you believe you have not received a reward, please contact us here. A Privilege specialist will take a look at your request and send you any rewards you may be eligible for.

It is vital you keep a valid email address on your profile. You can update this email address at any time in the Account area on the Europcar website or by contacting us.
