If Privilege credits have not been properly credited to your account after a minimum waiting period of six weeks following the invoicing of a Privilege eligible rental, you should complete all mandatory fields of the Privilege online query form in the Query section of My Europcar, i.e. Reservation OR Rental Agreement number, Pick-up date and station, Return station.
A Privilege specialist will take a look at your request and apply any eligible credits to your account.
