It's possible to view information about your Privilege membership in the Account area of the Europcar website, through the mobile app, or on the virtual Privilege card on your phone.
When you are eligible to rewards or status changes, we send them to the email address on your account. That's why it's vital you keep this email address up to date.
You can update this email at any time in the Account area on the Europcar website or by contacting us.
