What if my Privilege Card is lost, damaged or stolen?

If the card is lost, damaged or stolen, you should contact the Europcar Loyalty team of your country of residence by phone or email: contact information available online in the About us section and in the Loyalty Information section of My Europcar once logged-in.
Upon receipt of the Member's notification of a lost, stolen or damaged card, the card will be replaced.
